John was recommended to us, and he and his firm didn't disappoint! He is responsive and very personable (which sometimes is hard for lawyers, no offense). I'd recommend him to anyone for a home transaction.

This firm was recommended to me by my realtor. It is a 1-man show, and he is all about volume of closings. His prices are VERY reasonable, but you certainly get what you pay for. He directly forwards your emails to the other parties, and requests you to "Reply All" to all of the parties involved.

When issues came up, John's answer was typically "we can ask for that, but I anticipate the deal will fall through". I felt like the only time John was on my side is when I was physically sitting at the closing table with him.

John was professional at the closing table, but all other aspects left a lot to be desired. If you're looking for a reasonable attorney and know for sure you won't have any issues with your contract he may be a fit (he offers flat rate pricing), but if there's any doubt that you may require negotiations or modifications to the contract I would recommend finding a different attorney.

Incredibly happy with John's service. He guided me through a horrible situation where my lender delayed my closing FOUR days. I was stuck in a hotel with my 21 month old gethering all the last second documents. He was always available and patient. His service was worth 10 times what I paid. HIGHLY recommend.
