Very nice people! Brittany was amazing! She was able to get my mother's lien for her hospital bills negotiated down to a very reasonable price. She was with us every step of the way. My mother got her settlement from her car accident within 3 weeks of hiring them. Highly recommended!

I was on an automobile accident in Dec 2015.. the other drivers insurance company was not answering any of my phone calls so I had no choice but to seek out an attorney. The American Law firm was hands down the best choice I could have made. Mark, Tyler and Brittany handled everything including medical bills. I ended up getting awarded enough to pay the Attorneys, the medical bills and have something left over for me; more than I could imagine. I highly recommend them if your are in need of Personal Injury representation.

Worst experience ever! I was given their info because they were in my network. 1st appointment started with a cheesy advertisement on the TV in their lobby (which they turned on after I sat down). I was stuck there for 3 hours before they started even speaking with me (which took only 10 mins). On the second visit they told me my cost from them would be $2700 for defending my careless driving traffic ticket and would take several court appearances. Max fine was listed as $2500 - so total potential cost could have been $5200. They were more like salesmen then lawyers. The atmosphere felt very shady so I walked out after the second visit. I went to my car and called a different lawyer. After only 1 court appearance I took a $250 fine. I was still charged by American Law Firm for 4 hours of work when they never ultimately took my case because I walked out before they could. Sad thing is, they also consider themselves a Christian business - clearly for publicity only! Talked to a couple of different people and they had much worse experiences from them. Very shady and awful, BEWARE! Updating after 3 years, wow, even their "good" reviews look similar and shady. They had a 2 star average when I submitted mine. Wouldn't be surprised if they were paid off.

I felt a peace of mind from the first day I walked in. You can trust that your legal matter is in good hands. The staff is very compassionate and geniune and really helps to make you at ease. The attorneys are very experienced, knowledgeable, and shows great communication with their clients to keep them up to speed. Attorney Crosby helped me with a family law matter and I was very impressed with his analytical skills which you definitely need in a legal matter or battle! I would definitely rate this firm as a 5 star!!!

I was able to file bankruptcy through the American Law firm, R. Owen Ainsworth was my lawyer, he was very thorough and professional. Cammy Cushman was a huge blessing in her actions of helping me so quickly so I didn't lose my DL. They were and are a wonderful group and would highly recommend their services.

Would give them a zero if I could. Paid them over $3000 to get visitation for my son to see his daughter. Lawyer never showed up to 2 court dates, cancelled appointments once we got to the office. Fired them in February and am still waiting for a refund. Won't answer my phone calls back. Received a letter that they now want $1400 more from me! Filed a complaint with BBB and they ignored it. Will be contacting the attorney general next

I had used the American Law Firm to gain custody of my four children. I met with attorney Zachary Townsend explained my situation to him, and he let me know the flat out the good points of my case and the bad things that might be a issue. I liked the way he didn't beat around the bush and fill my head with crap. Once I decided to go on with the case Attorney Townsend was right there on track getting things filed asap. Also He kept in contact with every step of the way either by phone or text every time I needed to talk to him he seemed to be available and if not I was receiving a call back in a short time, usually due to him being in court witch is understandable meaning that it is him job, witch I understand completely. I Just want to think Attorney Zachary Townsend for making my dream of having custody of my four children come true, also taking the time to help me get the child support for my children. I would recommend American Law Firm to anyone and if your looking for a attorney that's going to be hard working and takes pride in his work just ask for Attorney Zachary Townsend.
