In my opinion, this has to be the worst tax preparer in America. They filed my 2018 taxes incorrectly and I was audited by the Illinois Department of Revenue. After working with them for nearly a year to correct the problem, I'm now being sent to collections and this office is of little to no help. I've asked several times to talk to Mike, the guy who filed my taxes, and have been told no. Only one person on the phone has been nice to me. This is an absolutely awful service, and if you've used them, be prepared to owe thousands of dollars years later while they sit and shrug their shoulders.

I can't say enough good things about this office. They were very helpful about my rental property I just bought. They educated me about the deductions I can take and the ones I can't take. I had no idea where to start. For next year I am all ready with my record keeping. I was feeling all overwhelmed with this, until I talked to them. I love Rebmann and Associates!

The Receptionist appears to actually be the one who is the tax expert at this establishment. She also provided the actual tax professionals with incorrect information in regards to my tax situation after me having to reiterate the situation to her multiple times. I have had Mike doing my taxes for years now and due to Stella's assumption and misinformation, I have been told that Mike doesn't want my business this year. I can't tell you the reason behind this because I cant get anyone here to respond to my calls or messages. It's quite discerning seeing as my taxes should be filed EXACTLY as they were in previous years.

It seems as if the owners don't care enough about their business to involve themselves with their long-time customers. And for Stella spreading false rumors and/or information about me and my financials, I am forced to report this business to the IRS as well as IL government for discrimination. I would heed a warning to potential new customers, you're better off at H&R Block

Each staff member I talked too asked me for different information. They then claimed that I did not provide them the information I needed despite the fact that I sent them appropriate documentation a week prior to our appointment.
