We had a consult with this office and found that they love to hear their own voice in my opinion. We had a basic clear cut eviction to perform on a non paying tenant.

The lawyers staff seems fascinated by their own self importance in my opinion.

They talked themselves out of a client. When you are hiring a service there's no need to shower compliments of the service provider before they start work yet that's the feeling we got from the attitude exhibited by the person we had a consult with at this office. They ask questions that they already had the answers to had they read prior communication which I found lazy.

I couldn't in good faith recommend this law office. If It wasn't the attorney that did the call she or he can counsel staff and reach back out and I'd consider amending review. However, spending the time I did getting them documents I did not to experience such a ridiculous consultation was a considerable waste of valuable time.

I've spoken with Rene about an elder care legal matter several times now. Each time I spoke with her, she was very knowledgeable and took her time discussing the matter with me. Very fast returning phone calls, and answers questions thoroughly. Also, her office staff is friendly. Overall, I had a great experience with Bassett Law.

Rene helped me over the phone, saving me a trip to her office. She is an in network provider for my legal plan. I called her office after hours and left a message. She called me back the next morning. She answered my questions, and she was super friendly and courteous, and when I offered my case number from my legal plan, she told me she didn't need it for a phone call (i.e. she helped me for no charge). A+, would recommend.

3 years in probate she realy dropped the ball on this family. She sold the family house but before she did she let the pipes in the house freeze up .then sold house as is so family lost more money. Oh and don't call her she will charge you big bucks for a phone call .and if you call her she will never call you back. The files are on her desk since july we still haven't heard from Bassett Renae. So how long is this will take 3 years going on 4 who's her boss .Terrible job verry dissatisfied with her.call her still no answer?

Wonderful attorney to work with. They do a lot of wills, power of attorney medical directives . Have on site notary. Fast friendly and competitive pricing for frequently needed documents. Will certainly use their services again if needed.
