0 stars is unavailable; or that would be my rating. If you are looking for a divorce attorney to represent you, I would highly recommend this woman for your spouse that you are divorcing. She is terrible at customer service, does not answer your phone calls or requests for counsel on what is going on. Honestly, keep looking. My ex husband got a female attorney in Mt Vernon and came out on top. If you are looking for female empathy I recommend her instead. So look for Mt Vernon female divorce attorney’s. When it comes to taking your money though; Levanti won’t miss a beat. She also spoke with my ex husband when he went to her office prior to the divorce without asking or notifying me about it which I am pretty sure is shady as hell if not illegal in itself.
Good luck and stay away, keep looking, best advice ever.

Worst experience ever dealing with an attorney after I paid her it was like she disappeared, I couldn’t get her on the phone and she wouldn’t return my phone calls and she wouldn’t visit my son whom I hired her for, she told me she visited him a couple of times but didn’t show plus mentioned that the drive was too far and closer to court date she told my son that it was a slim chance of them winning but it was no fighting on her end , she showed no interest at all!

This was by far the worst experience i have ever had dealing with an attorney. Initially everything was going well, as the case progressed everything started going wrong. I was usable to get a hold of Amanda, every time i called the office i was told she was busy and asked to leave a message. I would get an email response a week late. After waiting 3+ months of my time and delaying the case i got an email for the court that she was requested to remove herself form the case with no explanation. Never received an final invoice and all attempts to contact her were ignored.

I had been working with Mr. Levanti for several months on a probate issue and he basically told me that I didn't have much of a case and if I wanted to pursue it that it would be very costly. We both decided to let it run it's course, until some insurance papers came to me. I photographed and sent them via email to him. He scheduled a meeting with me out of the blue but there really wasn't any point keeping it because of the way the policy was written He dropped me as a client over the 4th of July weekend and he promised that he would call me to explain everything. I never received the call and I basically made a fool out of myself groveling for him to stay on my probate case. I was left in limbo for over a week and ruining my holday week while he was singing at the Minor's game. I was a very cooperative client but they made the appointment on the spot and punished me for wanting to reschedule it. Be ware to those considering using this firm. I pray my new counsel will not have a second job as a musician iand will focus on my feelings and snd the issue at hand.

An Ex and I had a very good experience with Amanda on a paternity issue

I read some of these negative reviews and feel they are unjustified

Tme is $ and every call and email is a charge with all lawyers

There are times it took time to reply, but Amanda always did reply

Its very possible your calls are not returned immediately for your own financial best intrest

Also, I am positive that Lawyers are representing multiple people at a time

Called a week ago for an appointment for consultation. Wasnt told of the $200 fee til after we arrived today. Mr. Levanti is at home recovering from surgery. Never finished the consultation but are still expected to pay the fee. Unbelievable.

Amanda Lavanti took a $3000 retainer from my daughter In a child custody hearing. She attended two hearings and said that the money had been depleted my daughter needed to add more to her account! The other side did the filing for the court hearings Amanda It’s been very very little and just kind of went with the flow with the other attorney wanted. Do not use!! complete waste of money!!! My daughter asked her for a complete breakdown of what the money was spent on and they refuse to give it to her. Reporting to the Bar Association. She has called the office repeatedly to. Nicks avail!. Don’t waste your money.
