I hired Floyd to handle a divorce case and he likes to shuffle papers and over bill.
I feel he is unorganized because weeks I would go by and I wouldn’t hear anything. Finally I will send an email to inquire about my case then I was flooded with emails that were sent to him weeks ago. I finally fired him because he was taking my money. The next step will be a complaint with the ARDC.

Very poor communication! Barely emails back, and randomly dropped case due to his lack of responses! Would send an email and get a response months later. I should have dropped him first honestly but trying to navigate the death of my father and no paperwork.
