While the receptionist was outstandingly professional and friendly, the line of communication was an oversight on both parties (firm and myself). I was told I’d get a phone call regarding potential litigation, and waited until 20 minutes before calling lawyer regarding appointment about potential legal matters, even though I was told they’d call me first. I received a letter 11/13/2024 they decided I didn’t have enough “evidence for the law firm to proceed. In my unsolicited opinion I feel I was brushed off, that I didn’t matter, and that’s fine, because I went with a law firm who found out I did have a case and it was much more than I’d expect because of the “evidence” presented. I’d like to thank you for the time spent knowing I wasn’t a priority. Best wishes.
