Phillip Kroovand is extremely personable. Prompt, understanding and truly fights for the best outcome possible. His rate is very affordable and He was wonderful handling our case, when working with us. When I received his letter in the mail, I called and he was very honest and straight to the point, he heard me out and gave me the possible outcomes, answered every question I had and never tried to sell me his services, in fact we asked him for his rates and to represent us. And we are extremely glad we did. He relieved a lot of stress over the whole process and even helped keep me calm and collected in court, due to the fact I have social anxiety, he prepared me and discussed everything with me and made sure I understood everything in detail. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND HIM!

I don't recommend this lawyer as he was involved with fraud Catalyst Investment rental apartments who owe my security deposit of $890. This lawyer and the fraud Catalyst Investment rental apartment harass through email when I showed the proof of cleaning pictures as what is mentioned in the lease agreement. This lawyer put the wrong estimated amount which was not mentioned in the lease agreement and it violates the lease agreement. Moreover, if he is a true lawyer so he should follow the lease agreement and give my security deposit of $890 back from Catalyst Investment. I don't recommend any one as he deserve for 1 star rating.
