Mr Olson,
My review is nothing but honest about my experience with you. You lied to the ARDC about not reviewing and making changes to Teresa Machicao-Hopkins‘ divorce settlement she proposed (who was my attorney at that time, in which you stated you had to redo the entire settlement because, in your own words, looked like a second grader drafted). You were caught red handed due to the email communication you sent me. Emails don’t lie, people do! So, now Mr Olson you are under review, and rightfully so.
As for the four attorneys you spoke of me having, that is the only truth that’s come out of your mouth thus far. It is my understanding that not a one of you have the gumption to go against an actual “good” attorney. My first attorney became a judge, her husband, not a actual divorce attorney was my second attorney, who I couldn’t afford, Teresa was my third and cheapest I could find and afford, which would go on random sabbaticals for months at a time and not let anyone know, and then you, who took my retainer, acted like you were going to file things on my behalf and then when asked why you couldn’t you cussed me out, literally making the two ladies in the next room ashamed to be there. You wanted to get me up set, where I would yell back at you but I didn’t, in fact, I did the total opposite. I asked you not to yell and cuss and when you didn’t stop, I told you I would not be talked to in that manner, and we can set up a time when you could discuss things calmly. I brought my mom with me during the next visit and you made the comment, jokingly asking me if I brought backup? Truth is, you do your job well, you take clients’ money, promise them the world and when you fall short and decide you just don’t want to do your actual job you got hired for, you leave them high and dry!
This is a 100% honest review.

I have been blessed to have Brad Olson as my attorney since 2004!! I have been to him for Bankruptcy, to adoption consultation , to criminal matter. Hands down he is the very best of the best. If you want someone whom is very efficient and no bones about it, then this is your man!!! And not just Brad, but entire office staff…Lori is wonderful and has been there since the beginning. He also has great attorney that has joined him named Andrea, nothing but praises for her as well. This is the place to go for just about everything!!!
