I am writing this today to share with you the great experience I had with Jason and his team. About a year ago, I was pulled over in my vehicle for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. By working with him he helped me avoid my drivers license being suspended at any time. He appeared in court on my behalf, several different times. He also negotiated a favorable end result. He was able to get the DUI charge dismissed.

Jason made himself available on a Sunday afternoon to take our questions immediately after the incident. During the whole process, Jason always had my best interest in mind. He is definitely someone that cares about his clients and not about his personal gain. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be my lawyer throughout this trying time.

Mr. Going, by a long shot, is one of the most positive experiences I've had with an attorney. He was communicative, open, honest, professional, and worked extremely fast and diligently. I was facing 4x charges one being a potential DUI case and within literal weeks he was able to have all charges/citations dismissed.
