The quickest, and most personable bank in the area. It shows that great customer service is still a priority and that’s why they are growing. Miranda, Kendra, Tom, and Michelle always go out of their way and probably beyond their responsibilities to take care of us personally and our business.

Spoke with a lady named Sandy she was rude and not helpful at all kept telling me she couldn’t help me with my account. She clearly didn’t have a clue of her job and had a very bad attitude. Then I call and get a lady named Kira and she was very pleasant to talk to and fixed my account issue in minutes. If it wasn’t for her I would of closed my accounts and went elsewhere. Sandy could definitely learn something from Kira on dealing with the public.
