If I could put negative starts I would!! I’m so upset they did the mistakes 2 times and they can’t seem to fix it.. and yes it is there job to fix there mistakes and if you don’t receive the taxes there supposed to be the ones to call and make sure you get them that’s why you pay them for a service and there supposed to follow through with it. I’m currently pregnant and have a 1 year old so I can’t be up and down the streets the fact that there not willing to help me just puts more stress on me anybody that’s a mom knows what I’m talking about. So ANNABEL WAS THE ONE TO HELP ME AND SHE MISSED ONE LETTER ON MY ADDRESS AND FOR THAT I NEVER GOT MY CHECK NOW I DONT BLAME HER WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES BUT IF SHE WAS WILLING TO HELP ME ALL THIS Wouldn’t HAVE HAPPENED! BECAUSE THE MAIL SERVICE WONT DELIVER IF YOUR ADDRESS IS NOT CORRECT AND THEN I CALLED TO TALK TO CHRIST SINCE HES THE OWNER BUT HIS WIFE ANSWERED NOEMI AND SAID I HAD TO CALL THE IRS MY SELF AND NOW SHES NOT ANSWERING ME EITHER THERE ALL JUST TRYING TO DODGE ME EVEN THOUGHT SHE GAVE ME THE WRONG NUMBER FILED THE WRONG TAXES SHE TRY TO RESEND THE FEDERAL INSTEAD OF THE STATES WITCH IS THE ONE IM ACTUALLY MISSING. And that’s just Ridiculous! THATS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! They will no longer get my service my husband or anybody that I use to recommend I won’t recommend you going to this place if they make a mistake make sure your the one to fix it !! Because they will clean and wipe there hands you already payed them they no longer want to help you... IF I NEW HOW TO ADD PICTURES I WOULD SO YOU GUYS CAN SEE THE Proof

Christopher is the only person in there that knows how to do corporations(refunds).. the rest of the perssonel only knows how to work with w2 forms... I had to wait about 2 hours to talk to Christopher and get my taxes done...
