Cannot recommend Stan enough!! I was nervous, scared and every other emotion that comes into play when dealing with family law. My questions were always answered, steps were always taken that needed to be, and phone calls were always picked up or returned immediately! Stan was extremely prepared and professional inside the court room. I was especially blown away by his organization process of it all. Last year I hired Stan to represent me as I sought full custody of my daughter (no easy feat for a father).
Stan was professional and honest about the proceedings and my chances. Throughout the case he worked extremely hard for me and had incredible insight and legal knowledge that I don't think I would have gotten anywhere else.
I also need to point out how great of a team the Weller office has. At one point in my case, as a retaliation, my ex wrongly filed an order of protection against me and forced my child from me. Unfortunately Stan was set for vacation that very day! However, he brought me into an emergency meeting with Kaitlyn Crossen who immediately took over our case at the last minute. She worked the entire weekend and had us in front of a judge that very Monday getting the order thrown out! She is an incredible asset and I would highly recommend her as well as Stan.
At the end of our case, Stan was able to get me much more than I'd hoped, with absolute full custody! I cannot recommend his office enough and am incredibly grateful to the entire team at the Weller office. My child is now safe and our lives are changed for the better.
