although the bus itself isn’t horrible, the ride definitely is. on the first part of our trip, in a span of 12 hours, we were only allowed outside once and were told strictly ten minutes. most of the passengers were complaining of hunger by the time we got to the border. the bathrooms are also disgusting because once someone pees all over it, it’s going to stay that way for the rest of the trip.

this is also the first time i travel with my dog. i think they shouldn’t even allow passengers to travel with pets if the company or drivers aren’t going to even keep them in mind. my puppy was stuck inside the bus for 12 hours
without being able to walk or pee. i ended up bringing her with me upstairs since we had the first four seats.

Avoid coming here to be dropped off or pick up someone from them arriving via bus. The “owner” of the building will come and threaten you with “his boys” if you are waiting for someone. He also by the way slammed his fit on my car after me telling him I would move, calm and collective by the way. If you tell him you are there to pick someone that is arriving, within the hour, he will not care and ask you to leave. The area itself it’s dark and sketchy as it is, but he made it worst. The Santiago Express company needs to talk to the “owner” and ensure that they are align with their departure and arrival times so that patrons are not being kicked out or threaten. It’s close to 3am and I was picking up my aunt, yeah I don’t think I would leave her there stranded in the dark. Not again! A customer lost for sure.

Bad, worse experience ever. My mom went about 3 weeks ago and specifically said, "Do you have an available spot to travel Friday, June 30, at 4pm. They said yes, we do have 1 spot. Mom said, "Are you sure its for Friday 6/30 at 4pm I want to travel on the same bus as my sister and husband they said yes. Comes the day before she is supposed to travel they sent her a message her time travel is at 1pm. We called to see why they changed it. My mom does not travel alone. The representative, after a long argument, confirmed it was their mistake. My mom got her vacation from work approved, which it took her many years to get and did not end up traveling because of this place. She will be sitting at home, not enjoying her vacation time because of this place. Just talked to travelers who are on the bus she was supposed to go, and they confirmed theres empty spots.

Buen servicio solo de ida para Mexico, de regreso no puedo decir lo mismo ya que apagan el aire acondicionado y solo estas con el ventilador de arriba el cual no es suficiente por la calor que hace, varias veces se les dijo a los choferes e hisieron caso omiso… si tarde años para usar este servicio nuevamente dudo que lo vuelva a hacer

Valen madres el aire acondicionado que traen ahorita, los que traemos queso y algún otra cosa que se heche a perder ya valieron
