DO NOT USE THIS GUY. Very friendly and great information in the beginning. Right after i sent the funds he proceeded to ignore my calls and emails. I have no idea how he is still in business. please read the 1 star reviews, they all have the same pattern.

Contacted Abdilla & Associates for a real estate consult recently. Justin was very knowledgeable, and he was able to explain the issues in a way that was easy to understand. Most importantly, he was professional and courteous. I was very satisfied with his services and would definitely recommend Justin if you need assistance with a real estate transaction or mortgage foreclosure issue.

Unprofessional behavior and attitude is the hallmark of this attorney. We hired him in 2019 for litigation against our homeowners association and began to realize he was in over his skis after about 3 months. We prepared and presented approximately 75% of the case for him and still we noticed the case was not progressing smoothly. He exaggerated and embellished his experiences after every court proceeding. He is almost impossible to access via telephone and communication by email is not efficient or effective. Overall our experience with Justin Abdilla was disappointing and we would not recommend hiring him.

I would not recommend this firm to anyone with a foreclosure or mortgage issue. We hired them two years ago and as of today I spoke to my mortgage company and the 1st time they heard of Justin Abdilla from the Law Firm was April of 2017 just to inform them he was representing us. Abdilla Law Firm refuses to return phone calls, emails or return our file, they have never supplied any court documents while they were taking our payments. Justin Abdilla Informed us that our home was foreclosed on in January after several calls in July to his office. As of today our home has not been foreclosed on and Abdilla Law Firm has left us in a worse situation than we were before hiring his Law Firm.
