Worst lawyer of all time, complete nightmare. Made my case go backwards. Referred me to John Serkland another horrible attorney. My case was a simple work comp case that had everything done already and I actually lost money working with Scott and John. They lied throughout the whole process and gave me anxiety and stress I didn’t need during my injury. Was told I would receive a check at my door multiple times by John Serkland and Scott Desalvo, all lies. Horrible attorneys, horrible people, liars, never sent a single email communication to me. They don’t know who you are, they will end up costing you money.

Just talked to Scott about my case, and some issues with my current lawyer. He spent 30 minutes talking to me, giving me advice. He told me to think about what I want to do, and didn’t pressure me to sign with him. He told me to sleep, think things over, and if I chose, he was there.
