Linda and her office did a phenomenal job with the sale of our home and purchase of a new home. The sale of our home was a piece of cake, no issues and everything was seamless. The purchase of our new home, which was a short sale, had some complications with it. We were not always in direct contact with Linda, but her employees were always on top of our purchase. They did an excellent job. Daily communication via email and phone. They had constant communication and follow up with the sellers side, always keeping us in the loop. The have a real passion for what they are doing and did everything they could to finalize our purchase. Linda and her office did a great job and I would recommend her office to everyone who is purchasing or selling a home.

Linda and her staff were outstanding in every way in the purchase process of our town home. Every step of the way, Linda and her staff were attentive to details that seemed very foreign to us but second nature to them. They handled everything with grace and top-notch professionalism, all in a timely fashion. This was our first purchase of an investment property so there were details that were different than a typical home purchase. We were impressed with how they were alert and responsive to the additional pieces an investment property carries with it. The closing itself was smooth as butter and went exactly according to plan.

I used Linda for both selling my old place and buying my new one. She is great and the people in the office are amazing as well. My sell went smooth but there were some problems on the buy side (caused by my lender). Linda and her team reacted quickly and was able to save the original closing date working with an entirely new lender a week before closing! Great - highly recommend.

As a service to the public I felt obligated to warn people that this attorney is very inflexible with scheduling and unresponsive. She represented the person buying our townhouse. We were buying a house and had both of our closings scheduled for the same day which is stressful enough, but she added to the stress by not responding to our closing date request for weeks and then letting us know she couldn't close the date we requested a couple weeks before.

After rearranging everything and agreeing to work around her schedule she decided that she couldn't close any earlier than 2pm even though we moved the date because of her, she never provided a reason, just that she absolutely could not close any earlier than 2. The attorney representing our seller had 7 closings that day and said he would make it work no matter what. She didn't seem concerned whether the deal went through based on her inflexibility and given how unresponsive she was, she made the process very frustrating.

She also spelled her clients name wrong on multiple documents before realizing the error, I would recommend choosing an attorney that provides better service and shows some consideration to all parties involved.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. Please do not do business with this person. Completely unprofessional and incompetent.
She informed us that our closing was on Thursday September 3rd at noon. We needed to have all of our belongings out of our house prior to closing for final walk through. We complied. Wednesday night she called us to say that the buyers lender was not ready to close and it would be a week or more before closing. I informed her that all of our belongings were loaded on a truck for the walk through. She blamed the lender. Even though anyone going through a sale or purchase knows that law requires 3 days to close after the final closing disclosure is issued. This scam artist of an attorney did not inform us that we weren't ready to close. So we spent an additional $2000 to a moving company and she takes no responsibility. Here i am 5 days from the next closing date and can't get the courtesy of a return phone call. Worthless

We decided to go with her because she was one of the cheaper attorneys and this definitely backfired. There were times that we went without hearing from her. When we would hear from her, she would have her assistant talk to us who then would at times bring up the wrong files. We recently emailed her with a question and we have yet to hear from her. You may want to keep searching before you decide to use her. Its evident that her job is done once she receives her check. As first time buyers, we obviously had many questions even after closing. After she collected her paycheck, she became distant when we had other important questions. If your a potential buyer, especially first time buyer then my advice is buyer beware.

She does a great job and is a hard worker not hard to get a hold of. Helped us out a lot. In regards to the other review the real time to ask questions is before closing. Once you sign the papers it's done. I used her for my first home and would ask her to be my property attorney again.
