This location advertises notary service. Before you spend your lunch hour walking across downtown for that service, call them first. They only offer notary service when that person happens to be on shift. At 11:15am on a Tuesday I was told there was no notary there, and to come back after 1:30pm. Needless to say I just went somewhere else. Not a big deal obviously, but in my opinion, if you advertise a service it should be available during the times you are open. Otherwise you are just knowingly wasting people's time. REPLY to the REPLY: The owner cannot admit any faults at all and has to reply to every unfavorable review with something snarky. They state that I should be a more prepared customer. Are you seriously blaming a customer for believing your advertisement? I should not have to call every business I patronize to confirm they are actually offering the services they advertise during their stated business hours. I understand notaries are people. People who run businesses should be clear about what they offer and it should be consistent with their advertising. I didn't waste my own time. You did. The sooner you can admit your shortcomings as a business operator, the sooner you will improve. When you improve, the large number of bad reviews you earn will stop. Change your advertising to indicate notary service is only available during the hours you put in your reply if you're looking for a place to start. I had considered still using your services when needed, but your childish finger pointing has changed that. Own your mistakes. Downgraded from 2 stars to one. I'd put zero if I could.

Wow, never will I visit this place again. Totally rude. No wonder this place has as many negative reviews as they do, I was immediately met with aggression from the emoloyee. She insisted that she wasnt a UPS Store, guess I was thrown off by the "UPS Store" sign above the the front door, and all of the UPS Store signage on the walls.

Response:
Never gave that as a name? You probably have me confused with some other unhappy customer, you seem to have a lot of that. Funny how it seems that you spend most your time arguing with the bad reviews on here when you might be better off actually doing your job.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. The service was very rude, and the staff refused to print a receipt while also demonstrating a lack of knowledge about Amazon returns. I was incorrectly told that I needed two QR codes to return an item, which was not the case. After this unpleasant encounter, I had to visit a different UPS location, where my Amazon return was handled smoothly and without any issues, as should be expected.

This was by far the worst service I've ever received—completely unprofessional and unacceptable. After reading through the reviews, it's clear that the owner tends to respond to all one-star reviews by blaming the customer, further illustrating their lack of commitment to proper customer service. I strongly advise against using this location. It's truly disheartening to see customers treated so poorly, only to have the blame shifted back onto them by the owner.

I love this location! Merry and crew are very nice and pleasant. I've used this location quite a bit for Amazon returns, and I'm so glad Amazon and UPS started the "QR code drop-off program." It takes me less than 60s to do such a return like this. I've also used a bit of other services here before. It's conveniently located in downtown as well for quick access. Highly recommend this location for shipping services !

I recently visited the UPS Store for an Amazon return, and my experience was quite disappointing. I had my items packed in an Amazon box, taped and ready to go. When I arrived, I noticed that the tape on the bottom of the box was coming off. I asked the staff member if she could tape it for me, considering it is a UPS store with plenty of tape available. To my surprise, she told me I needed to buy tape from them or walk home (a 20-minute round trip) to re-tape the box myself.

This wasn't the first time I encountered poor customer service at this location. Previously, I went there to get a quote for shipping my laptop to Germany. The staff member was unhelpful and told me that she wouldn't provide a detailed quote unless I was committed to shipping it right then. She mentioned it would cost over $300 but didn't give any further information. I later researched online and found out that the high cost was due to Germany's 20% customs tax. I was able to get my shipping labels online from UPS for $200, a detail she could have easily shared.

The customer service is unprofessional, and the staff member lacks the ability to provide helpful information. Additionally, the store has a dog that roams around freely, which causes the store to have an unpleasant smell. The dog sometimes jumps on customers, which could be an issue for those who are sensitive or allergic to animals. The staff member is unfriendly and rude, making the overall experience even worse.

If you have other options, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. It's unfortunate because this store is the closest to me, but I will not be returning.

Probably one of the worst ups stores here in Tucson! My sons chemo medicine was sent to this store, he is 6 months old and in the hospital, the doctor's want me to pick up the medicine and then they will release him, the owner which is female, stated he needed an ID and needed to sign himself, so I call the pharmacy company and they try to get into contact with her, she's ignoring everyone's calls. And he needs his medicine. Very distasteful! No empathy, poor customer service, need i say more? do not go to this location! God sees everything and he don't like ugly! Karma is real!

Update 07/11/2024
Since I chose not to come back to this store to pick up my packages by exposing myself, a friend or family member to the poor treatment I received there...my two packages were not shipped back to Amazon. Instead, the owner donated these items. The visit to this store has cost me hours of phone calls to UPS Corporate and Amazon, explaining what happened. It's unfortunate that there are people out there that are purposely vindictive and hateful.

Update 05/02/2024
Store owner changed response. Previous response stated that I have two weeks to pick up the two packages I left there to be shipped. If I do not pick up, they will be donated. Why did you remove that comment I wonder

If only there were negative stars. The woman who opened today was the rudest person I have come across in customer service in a very long time. Now, reading all the negative reviews, I see I don't stand alone. Do better!

Worst customer service ever. Ladies with glasses un respect to customer. She just wanna talk but not listen to her customers. Even amazon return doesn’t require label and packaging on ups returns but She does. Even though I didn’t argue with her. But she continued talking from above which is like humiliating people
