It’s rare that I leave a bad review but this is warranted. From the moment we began discussing our case I could tell that the mediator was completely biased. Almost no information came from the opposing side from him but we are being told time and time again that we needed to provide and be more flexible.

How can one be more flexible when you have no information to determine where you’re supposed to go?

He would spend hours on the other side only to come back and give us No direction..

This ex judge is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced.. he failed miserably at bringing us even close to a settlement.

In all honesty what does he care he made his $3500 for doing nothing.. avoid this if you’re looking for a fair productive mediation.. There are so many more mediators that are so much better..

Nice mediation center that can be used if your office isn't set up to host a mediation. No issues with parking, and bathrooms and a break room is readily accessible.
