Elizabeth has been just what I needed during this transition. She is extremely knowledgeable and able to make decisions with the future in mind, as well as really helping me understand all the ins and outs of what our parental agreement meant. Everyone who is considering hiring Liz needs to Google and read the Chicago Tribune story about her most famous case. My impression of her was reforced. I have written a review in the past and it disappeared. Liz handled a malpractice case for me. I lost a kidney due to medical malpractice. The other attorneys ran circles around her during the depositions. She was not prepared. She hardly asked questions and they were superficial. When I tried to have other attorneys take over the case, they refused because of her poor job. Absolutely, no attorney said it was a weak or poor case. Excuses are easy versus taking responsibility for failure. I ended up giving up because of her.
