Underwhelming. Seemed totally unprepared for a contentious post-decree situation. Possibly effective where there's already cooperation and communication, where mediation probably isn't needed in the first place. But otherwise, just locking yourself in a room with your ex-spouse for two hours would probably have the same outcome, minus the $1500 in fees. On the positive side, she's conveniently located for the North Shore.
