Carrie is a terrible lawyer. My daughter got a traffic ticket in July 2023. She was advised by Carrie not to go to court, not to pay a fine, that she would help her get a new court date. Paid her $500 up front. About a month later my daughter got a notice in the mail from the court saying she failed to appear at court, was found guilty and ordered to pay the fine. Any attempt to get ahold of Carrie is thwarted by the receptionist! We have been unable to talk to Carrie since that initial date ONE YEAR AGO! No email, no phone call, can’t even get in to see her in person! Terrible service! Will not return the $500 paid up front! DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN!!!

She is a caring individual and I found her to be extremely empathetic to my situation. I had a conference call scheduled with lawyer Mageri today at 4:30. That was my understanding. I called at 4:35 because I didn't receive the call and her secretary told me I was wrong my conference call was at 4:00. I asked her assistant why I was not called and she says because you are expected to call, now she is busy. I can really not believe how unprofessional this secretary is. I am sure the call was at 4:30. There wasn't an email/text of confirmation,. There is no clarity of how the call will be handled and not even a call to remind the customer. Clearly, it seems customers are not important. Terrible customers service that I received from the secretary.

Carrie is very trustworthy and truly listens to your case details. I have used her for years and I am very pleased with the results we have accomplished.

I also appreciate that she is straightforward and wants to do the right thing for her clients. It is also nice that she is a great parent herself which makes it very easy for her to relate and help to explain the feelings one gets during the court process.

I had the worst experience with this lady. she scammed me out of 2,500$ for making a couple copy’s. & to completely drop and leave my case with no heads up or warning. Would NOT recommend to ANYONE.
