EDIT: I find it disturbing that if anyone leaves a negative review your initial response is the need to reply, especially in regards to your profession. I did see that there were a few people who left reviews that were on the opposing side, that I can personally understand why you would reply.

This is my honest review of my experience when I made my first initial call with your establishment. I found it to be very unprofessional and the fact that you wrote what you did in response (stating where I live, which is incorrect) is a great indication of why you received the review you're contesting.

I had a consultation with your establishment and found it to be appalling. But no worries, I did receive the professional help that was needed in a timely manner and in no respect to your establishment.

I find it appalling that you would try to scare someone into changing their review just because they don't agree with you. I think you have proved my point.

I’ve known Jeff Neppl for years. Use him as the mine in my wife’s attorney very knowledgeable. Very prompt to help. If you don’t understand he will sit and explain it to you. He will keep you informed on what he’s doing at all times and used his father for my attorney in the past. and I would recommend Jeff to anyone for attorney.
