After waiting almost 4 hours for AAA to show up to be told they couldn't help get the van out of the snow, we called Mike minutes before he closed. He was so friendly, kind, knew exactly where the van was stuck and had the van out in a few minutes. Incredibly grateful for his kindness especially given the call came in right before closing!

My starter failed while in the Amboy area. Anderson's was recommended by a local person, so I gave them a call. Mike (the owner) was friendly, helpful, and honest. He towed the car, replaced the starter and battery, which was also failing. Prices were reasonable, and the service was done well. I also appreciate that, being stranded, he did not take advantage of my situation. I was very pleased with Anderson's and recommend them!

Was called at 3 p.m to be informed parts arrived and work would be done in 40 minutes. Showed up 35 minutes later to my brakes in the front only being completed and was charged for two hours of work and no receipts of what kind of brakes were put into my car to know actual value of work done. Charged for two hours of work for 49 minutes of work. Brakes were put on properly and have no problems besides being overcharged and not given reciepts of the true price of parts or even knowing what parts are on my car

Save yourself the money and the heartaches he will give you. He will definitely charge you twice the amount of the work. Im trying to save people from his total thief WAYS and he will rip you off and when fronted he'll take your car hostage and then say hes charging you storage fees. I just about had to call the police on him to give me my key to my car back. Which bye the way is Illegal. 1 877 FTC HELP, WE NEED YOUR HELP TO SHUT THIS GUY DOWN.

I had my truck there and his prices are outrageous. The place down the street was much cheaper. Felt like I was taken advantage of. It was a very expensive mistake that will never be repeated.

He charged my daughter a $100 to tow her car back home, that was maybe 1/2 mile away from home. 💰💵 She had a flat tire. I couldn't believe it! Scam!! 👎👎
