Jeffrey Hyslip and his staff are the best! After a life-changing fall and emergency surgery, I lost everything including my job and a place to live. I had accrued a large amount of debt on a credit card and a debt collector was threatening to sue me. I was contemplating bankruptcy when I heard about Jeffrey. From our first communication, he and his staff explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and they were always very responsive when I had questions. He not only won my case in court, he got the creditor to agree to wipe the debt off my credit report!

This was a long journey for me and how I ended up contacting Hyslip Legal. I was sued for an old credit card debt and lied to by the collecting company in court. With me having limited resources I didn’t know any better and believed what their attorney told me, I felt that they were honestly telling me the truth that I was not going to get my wages garnished. A few months later I got a letter stating that my wages were going to be garnished and there is nothing I can do to stop this. I contacted Hyslip Legal about my situation in February 2024 and everyone I came in contact with was so understanding, professional, honest, knowledgeable, and kind. I did not have the strongest case as if was my word against theirs, Jeffrey Hyslip still took my case and gave me hope. Today, he gave me some great news, not only I will not have my wages garnished anymore but this debt will be deleted from my credit reports as well. I Am very happy with the outcome as this has been stressing me out since November 2022.
