This store is a wonderful family owned business. Gary, who is one of the owners is also a notary, and is always willing and able to notarize any important documents when I have walked in without an appointment. His wife and I believe his daughters also work there, and they are always straightforward and professional. I also love that they have a selection of cards, tape, and anything else you can use or need for your shipping needs, especially in a crunch! I live in the area and the post office is not far, but I love the service I get here so I usually make it a point to go here first!

The Parcel Centre is hands down the best business of its kind that I've ever done business with, ever. Gary and family are just flat out great people. Professional, polite, helpful... I could go on and on. I'm probably there at least once a week if not twice, and they are always on the ball. FedEx and UPS should pay them a visit and learn a thing or two! The new location is awesome. It's wonderful to see the business growing amd offering new services! Just great people running a great business in a great way - a staple of our community.

During our passport appointment, we found out one of our photos wouldn't be accepted. It's so hard to schedule a family of 5 for an appointment, so I hastily went in search of passport photos for my toddler before our appt ended. Parcel Center helped us quickly and their photos were more affordable than any other place nearby. The staff was also very friendly. I highly recommend them

The Parcel Center is a small family owned business. Gary, the owner, is very kind and helpful. He will gladly spend time with customers either in person or on the phone. I drive past at least three UPS stores to get to the Parcel Center because of how great the people there are.

I just moved from Boston to East Lyme about a month ago. My husband was local and he recommended me this place for shipping packages. This place is awesome! I had to ship an important package including laptop and phone to my previous employer during December. It arrived within a day! A month+ went by and I needed the tracking number again for personal reasons since I lost it. Gary emailed it back to me right away! He also called me to make sure I got the help I needed. He goes above and beyond for his clients and really care about other people. I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends!

Great small business. Staff is always helpful and accommodating. So convenient to email print orders and have them ready so quickly. No long lines line the big chain printers plus you are supporting a local family business.

I have always received fast, courteous service at this store. The owner/manager/gentleman at the front desk is very helpful and works quickly and efficiently while still remaining friendly to the customers. I now do most of my shipping from this location when they are open. The owner is also a notary public and I have brought several papers there that needed to be notarized to him. As said before, fast, courteous with no hassles and reasonably priced.
