I have been a customer of the Mail Cache for over 5 years and have only experienced outstanding service from them. They help me send packages through any method I want to use. And they accept shipments for me! Their hours are good and I don’t have to worry about whether I’m actually getting my mail and packages (unlike home delivery.) I particularly like the policy of emailing me when I’ve received a package! And I love the fact that I know everyone there by name and they know me. It’s a Class A place in my book!

Shopped around for mail boxes from USPS and UPS, the mail cache was by far the most affordable and even offer drive thru pickup services for a nominal fee ($10 a year, or $2 a month). Will be recommending others to check these guys out. I would use these guys even if their rates were higher than USPS, just so I don't have to deal with the post office.

I live in Wasilla but commute to anchorage frequently so I really enjoy the drive thru option.

I've had at least one mailbox with Mail Cache since 2003, and I've always had excellent service. They're a small, family-owned business, which I like supporting being a small business owner myself. All their staff know me by name, and are all very fun and personable. They're always very helpful and go above and beyond all the time, for both my business and personal accounts. At Christmas time they even put out a box for my 4-year old to put her letter to Santa in, and then she got a letter back from "Santa", and she was SO excited.

Mail Cache is absolutely amazing. While I was deployed, they helped me open a box which enabled me to have an address and location to send items back as my future residence was not yet ready. They held on to my duffles, boxes, mail, everything! When I finally came home and was able to go in and retrieve everything, they remembered who I was from my photo and my entire situation. I couldn't believe it and it made me feel so valued and comfortable. They were extremely nice and extremely professional and their location and processes are very orderly. I can not recommend this place enough. Such a pleasure doing business with them!

Open since 1981! This is a great place for month to month mail boxes if you are in that awkward stage of moving or traveling but need to receive mail. The women that work there are polite, knowledgeable, funny, and patient. They also have a drive thru if you don’t want to get out of your vehicle! Great place!
