He was supposed to finish up a case for me. I paid him a few thousand dollars to do the job and he did great in court but vanished like a thief in the night after that. He didn’t remove himself from the case and I can’t get anything done without removing him myself. I’ve called dozens of times and no answer. My guess is that he’s lost on a hike somewhere for over a year now and no one’s found him. Do yourself a favor and move on to the next attorney on the list.

He was also supposed to submit my income paperwork in January 2023. He told me he did however he did not. A year went by and the other part filed and now I’m a year behind thanks to Lucas. When I followed up on the matter, he assured me that it had been submitted and that we were waiting on the other party. He lied.

I also never received an invoice explaining how my retainer was used.

Edit: I have filed a grievance with the Alaska Bar Association. If he has done this to you, I would recommend you do the same.
