Mark Jones worked with me for my long and very complicated contested divorce (with an out-of-state spouse). He treated me with the utmost respect and I felt that he was genuinely on my side throughout the whole process. Mark and his excellent team of paralegals worked with me every step of the way and helped me get to the best outcome of my divorce. He is a wonderful lawyer and while I hope that I would never need his services again, I know that he will be the exact person I contact if the situation arises.

Mark jones dealt with two cases for me. One for myself, and one for my fiancé. It was a vehicular accident case that involved the both of us.
Pros about Mark-
He goes for every penny you deserve.
He is more than helpful.
Great attitude, very sweet every time.
He is very responsive and prompt on his cellphone/direct line. The office staff is prompt on giving him messages and him returning communication.
He’s very thorough with explaining all the legal terms and attorney talk that the average joe would not understand!
He had great rates.
Cons- none.
I would definitely use him again if I ever needed another attorney(but let’s hope I don’t lol).

Mark and his staff have been exceptional on my on-going case. I have noticed Mark Jones is really trying to make a change with Columbus, Ga by running for District Attorney. I heard his message and seen the determination in his eyes. I will put my trust in him that he will make a change. He has my vote!

What can I say about Mark Jones but excellent, him and his staff took the time to get to know my case by actually sitting down and doing an extensive answer and question packet so that his office could understand the ins and out of my current situation. After completing the session he asked me what I wanted the end state to be and what I had wanted was full field in a small amount o time and with his team they kept me up to date on everything that was happening from the start to finish.. It's been almost two years (starting MAR2017) since my child custody case has not been solved by Mark Jones. As the previous reviews from customers from Google reviews stated, not only Mr. Jones has put my case off on other lawyers that previous had resigned from his firm. I've been calling him since he had sent a letter on a motion to withdraw from my case. I do not understand why he would send such a letter since I have been calling the current lawyer (Mr. Joshua) on the status of my case, in which I had to find out from the receptionist that he had resigned along with the previous lawyer he assigned me to.

Every time I call to get feedback on why the letter was even sent to me in the first place, his receptionist always keep tell me that "he's in courts all day," and he will get back to me yet I haven't received a return phone call and/or e-mail since I received the letter (NOV2018). I've been calling ever since.

I was trying to work something out with Mr. Jones after he sent me the first letter by responding back to the letter (via telephone call like the letter stated) yet no response from him so I will have to take this issue to the next step and report my issue.

I didn't imagine how my case would be such a prolonged process. This has taken a toll on my daughter and me.

I really Don't know how you guys gave Mark Jones five stars .I am really disappointed with this law firm. I paid the whole amount that was due up front and that was the worst decision I could've ever made . My case was passed around serval times because of lawyers quitting and paralegals getting fired. So this left my case hanging for two whole Years, My wife and I did most of the foot work. I tried to contact him on numerous occasions but he was either always busy or in court , so I was told , and on top of it all he ask for more money and did not complete my case. Mark is a liar and a damn crook. He is unprofessional, incompetent and unethical. To his employee's if you're still working for him please leave , because you do not want your name affiliated with this lawyer, and for the one's who got out of the sunken place stay woke. Please seek another lawyer or law firm if you want help. But if you want to be screwed over and disrespected by all means choose Mark Jones....If I can give him NEGATIVE STARS I truly would....I know Mark Jones paid people for positive reviews two of his employee's confirmed.

What can I say about Mark Smith and his staff An awesome lawyer as his staff especially, The paralegal Rebecca who is worder full and patient with me. At first I found a lawyer and while driving to meet with him, a person from the lawfirm told me basically they could not assist us because the family member involved wold not be present and he called me back and said it would be a hard case, etc. In between these calls, I contacted Mark Smith's office and they were willing to meet with me 30 minutes before 5pm. Just knowing that they were able to meet me at the last minute told me how much they care about their clients. The case has yet to be resolved, but they worked with me on behalf of the family member. I was so impressed!!! I email my Paralegal Rebecca and she responds. They are on top of everything. I appreciate the staff for being wonderful during process.
