My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with Betsy to purchase our first home, and we can’t recommend her highly enough! Betsy was always professional, kind, and never added any pressure at all to look at homes or submit bids for the ones we saw. She was extremely easy to get in touch with and was incredibly responsive, answering our questions or getting information for us extremely quickly. Betsy was also enormously helpful when walking through homes. Being first time home buyers, there was a lot that we didn’t know about the logistics of looking after a home - and sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know (how often to repaint cedar siding, or the implications of possible asbestos tiles, for example). Betsy is very knowledgeable, and provided helpful information that allowed us to truly understand what it would be like to live in and maintain each of the homes we saw. She was also fantastic in helping us visualize each home’s potential, and giving ideas for possible future upgrades. When we had an offer on a home accepted but decided to back out after the inspection, Betsy provided support and encouragement the entire time and never for a moment made us feel bad for changing our minds. When we found the right house, Betsy helped us submit a strategic offer that resulted in an acceptance. We would highly recommend Betsy to anyone looking to purchase a home!
