Joshua was my rep and he was great. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and took a lot of time to shop for the best rate he could find and explained everything in detail. Ultimately, he was not able to find a lower rate for my home insurance than what I'm paying but it was a great experience and I would definitely try again next year.
