this guys is complete monstrosity. I told him i needed help reading contracts and that is why i was hiring a lawyer. i actually signed a contract without a 'time is the essence' clause. god knows how this will destroy me financially. he didn't bother reading the contract. he's not even good at even phoning it in. a complete monstrosity. stay clear. i had to give him one star to post this but i wouldn't even do that if i could.
