He was very nice and helpful which was important to me as I’m a young student who needed to take a cashiers check to purchase my first car. Great branch! I went in to make a quick deposit & Cristina assisted me in doing so. She explained how I can use the app to do things like deposit checks. I had been avoiding the app, but once she explained how simple and user friendly it is, I’ll be using it more often!

I have recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and have managed to lose two bank cards within 4 weeks. But the best thing that happened to me during this difficult time was working with Brandon in your Branford office.
Brandon has always been extremely calm and patient and he ends every sentence with “ ma’am”. But this was an extremely stressful visit for me and he seemed to sense that. He was even more patient than ever. He was willing to show me more than once what I needed to know. And then he took me out to the ATM to actually show me how to withdraw funds using my temporary card until my new card comes in.
Brandon is so bright. He has a smile that immediately relaxes me when I walk into your
Bank. Whatever you are paying him, IT is NOT ENOUGH! He makes people want to do banking at People’s. Please be good to him monetarily ( not just a pat on the back) because he will be snatched up by another employer if you don’t. Thank you, Brandon!!

Branford - Irene Wheaton helped solve a problem with an ATM withdrawal. She is professional and courteous and tenacious! She wouldn't stop until she made sure our problem was solved. She is amazing! Also was at the branch a couple of days before, and helped by Sanam Cruz, who also was helpful. Great service!

Don’t bother coming to this branch if you want to work with a human. They believe in only staffing 1 teller so if a transaction takes some time, you will just stand there for an indefinite period of time. After waiting 10 minutes to cash a check, I decided to give up. Bank of America has plenty of money but apparently they need more.

I meet with Brandon Trinkely every Friday he is fantastic always smiling and making me feel welcome I actully get sad if I walk in and he is not there his energy brightens my day!!! I go there because of him!!!
