If I could give this a a no start I would. This is not what expected from this law firm at all, the way I got treated like as if I was just some trash on the street no communication as to what was going on about my case and when there was I just got told nothing but lies got deceived and pushed aside I'm not a person to them. I fell in a whole in 2020 waited all these yrs as of now I'm still waiting just for a lousie chump check I'm thinking Im getting a good amount of money that the city of bpt failed to fix that I happened to fall in this 3' man hole that was uncovered and all for me to receive is 1,000 if that because I'm still waiting on this Peter Billings to reach out to his colleague crew for them to get in touch so I can pick it up. I was told at least 250,000. This makes me feel like and tells me eff me to my face from them. What was the point of even filling all this time wasted. It's my fault I fell in what I was told. How is if the hole was covered up I wouldn't have fell through emotional damage is what they are doing toe right now. Only 1000 and the check is there at the office but Peter is not reaching out to his office to tell them I can get the check. So yep I'm still here waiting signed the agreement in dag on February and here it is a hole nother new month damn near oh he's in court all day I can't give you your check until Peter says so! He never around. But who cares not this firm apparently not for me anyway. Something is wrong and feels weird I got mistreated because I'm of color? I wish my hole leg had broke for this little cash of money. Emotional distress starts with people. N this is my review. Just a bunch of lies and flaunting around. They don't want to give me my check that's not even worth picking up.
