Guess I'm now going to have to reach out the the California BAR association. I've been working with Larry for a little over 2 years on a car accident case. The initial estimate was 6 months to get a resolution. I understand insurance companies drag their feet. There were also issues in the CA court system due to COVID. My last contact with Larry was this past may (2023) where he said he nearly had them nailed down to a settlement and we would know more in early July. I waited until the end of July to call. I have now tried calling, emailing, Facebook mesaaging... I can't get a call back. Not sure if he went out of business or something, but I just want to be settled and done with it. So I guess I need to contact the association since he is now refusing to return calls.

My experience was exactly the same as Irma G! I hired Mr. Harris to represent me in an auto injury case in 2021. We spoke on occasion and he always had reassuring words about why my settlement hadn't happened yet. He told me he had contacting the insurance office, sent them a letter of representation and filed a lawsuit. When I asked him if it would help if I were to call the insurance company he told me that they wouldn't speak to me since I had an attorney. After he refused to answer telephone calls, voicemails, emails or text messages for over two months, I finally contacted the other drivers insurance company to find out what was going on. They stated that my case was closed (with no financial settlement paid) and was past the statute of limitations. He had never contacted them. He never filed a lawsuit. I am now pursuing legal action against Larry due to Malpractice and fraud. Please find another lawyer to help you with your legal needs.

I hired Mr. Harris back in 2019 and earlier this year in March 2023 Mr. Harris gave me a quote on m settlement and since then he won't return my calls, emails, txt, fb msg. Very unprofessional. Has he just dropped the ball on my case? Taken the money n run? If this is how he settles his cases to get paid how does he get paid if he can't or won't settle? Larry Harris. Either my case was too big or small!!! I'm not sure what? but... It's taken almost a year for him to finalize my simple accident case. I've called and called over the last 4 months, March to July 2020. with no response to calls. I guess I'll have to take it up with bar association. Until this is resolved he gets a 1 star rating. Keep shopping for an attorney because there is nothing to see here.

I hired him to represent me in an auto injury case. He sat on my case, all the while telling me he was working on it! I had to contact the other drivers insurance company to ask if my attorney had at anytime spoken to them. Nope! Now my two years statute of limitation has been reached and I get to collect no money for pain and suffering and after confronting him via text, email and phone, he wasn’t even able to acknowledge that he screwed up! This guy is a walking disaster! Run!
