By the grace of God, I found Maria through searching online for a mediator. It was such a blessing to connect with a person that has a soul of an angel. Thank you, thank you very much. As a property manager, one of my tasks is to evict anyone who does not comply with California and city law. This process can be extremely expensive and complicated. Ms. Ruiz-Merroth guided me "step by step" through the process, successfully. The most human thing I observed in her, is how even though I am the "Plaintiff", Ms. Maria made sure that the entire process was confidential, thus avoiding staining the credit of the tenants or Renteros, as I call them.
Of the 5 cases that were processed, 3 have already been evicted and 2 were able to negotiate in Mediation, in which Ms. Ruiz-Merroth is recognized and respected. Thank you again. Oh I forgot to say, in 3 cases the Summon/Complaint were not initiated, as we were able to negotiate outside of Court, for the tenants to leave our properties by mutual agreement. As she said we need to save tax payers funds. THANK YOU. You, Mrs. Maria, really make us see that "The Solution Is In Your Hands." God bless you.

Maria provided me the service of filing an unlawful detainer to evicting one of my tenants. I would not recommend to use Maria as this costed me more in time working with her and head ache as she kept forgetting a lot of things and our agreement.

I would suggest in utilizing the Landlord assistance hotline instead. Save your money and headache.
