I come to this currency exchange often for money orders usually then get me for $20 but they got me for $100 dollars about an hour ago. The people working here CANNOT be trusted. Stay away from this currency exchange I will not be coming back.

Very disrespectful ,rude, dry Old lady. Seems like she hate her job absolutely so much. She makes you feel that she’s doing you a huge favor which she is not. She’s getting paid for the service she is providing.

Apparently, when you go in with a registration. The currency exchange automatically assumes that you wish to renew your plate. However, I was not sent the renewal for the windshield sticker. Sophie had printed out the wrong sticker and despite our miscommunication she was able to quickly correct the issue. She was kind, polite and handled everything swiftly. I will definitely be returning for future services as long as Sophie is here!

Went in to ask about their notary services. The person stated that the person who does handle notarize will NOT notarize ANY government based documents.

These people are very rude and are not able to give the customer the time even to add recipient into a money order. Avoid the headache and discomfort of dealing with people that are miserable on what they do. Advice... don't rush your customers when there's no one in line, why the hurry.

Whoever that new middle aged woman they just hired to work midday ( off at 11pm?) Is THE WORST, MIST IGNORANT, RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL person I've ever come across! I've been going to this location literally for OVER 40 years. It's 3 blks from my home! Everyone I know and everyone walking in and out of this location has complained about her COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE IGNORANT BEHAVIOR! bad mover by hiring mng 💯 POSITIVE SHES LEGITIMATELY lost DOZENS of customers including myself and she's only been with this company less than a month or so⁉️wow‼️SHAME THAT THE MNGMT DOESN'T GIVE A TOSS ANYMORE!

The lady who works night. Hispanic lady with glasses. Is EXTREMELY RUDE. She doesn’t deserve a job in customer service at all. Twice I went there trying to cash a check from Mariano’s. Keep in mind I work down the street from this currency exchanges. Refused to give me my money after taking pictures of my id the first time. And the second time I came in had the same amount of attitude but atleast this time I got my money. She should be fired. There are numerous complaints on here about her
