Rude customer service I called about an issue regarding my car registration sticker the lady with pink hair took care of me Nov 29th 2024 at 10:51am she was "pleasant" but it's obvious she was new because the lady with the black glasses on and long weave hair was doing all the taking when I called! I don't think she gave me my registration because I gave her an old registration sheet with an receipt stapled to it so she could see my VIN number etc. I had an envelope with me! I went straight to my car! I searched my car 4 times which is kept clean inside no garbage! I called and kept being put on hold. I'm sure the lady with the pink hair was asking questions to the lady with the glasses because it was only them two there! I went back that same day and got a copy of my receipt. I call back there today 12/02/24 to see if anyone turned my car registration sticker in before spending $20 extras on top of the $161.00 to replace it and was rudely told no ma'am and I remembered YOU she seemed frustrated so I mentioned that I checked the status with ILLINOIS DMV online and it says received last payment on 12/03/2024! I was there on Nov 29th 2024 and today is Dec 2nd 2024! So the lady with the glasses says I know her firm voice said ma'maI don't know anything about that in a firm tone nobody turn nothing in and that is it and that is all like I'm a child! I was still talking and said ok but I heard CLICK before I could say "thank you" she just hung up the phone in my face not even I'm
sorry ma'ma or good bye! That was very rude and non professional! I've been going to that Currency Exchange for years but never again after today! I feel if I wasn't black she wouldn't treated me with way more respect! Unfortunately that's how a lot us in our community customer service treat each these days! I'm 64 years age and I'm truly disappointed with the outcome of my situation! 😞 I'm more upset about how I was treated then the sticker now! I'm a professional myself and believe in the power of the 🖊 pen! Do better because I can go further then this post on paper you never know who dealing with in the public.

This review is ONLY in regards to the notary, Litiece. Today we went in to have something notarized..Litiece was there to serve. She gave me some pointers on the document and though I had to leave and return a bit later in order to make the document more understandable, she was a wealth of knowledge. I appreciate her kindness and attention to the her job especially since I have been going to this currency exchange for years and she is the ONLY person there who is pleasant! The rest of them are always in a horrible mood! Thanks Litiece! You made something very emotional more tolerable:)

I've Been going there for years and this is the best currency exchange that I have been to on this side of Chicago. The three ladies in there as always been helpful and was able to answer all my questions. Always. No complaints from me.

I TOTALY agree the ladies who work here are very knowledgeable and professional! Twice I first went to the Currency exchange on 95th and Kedzie and the lady was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me that she “couldn’t find my auto information in the system and that she couldn’t help me and didn’t know what else to tell me”, (I was trying to renew my plate sticker) after leaving that location and going to the ladies on 87th my info was found with NO problem at all. This wasn’t the first time that the location on 95th has turned me away and said that they couldn’t find my info so I no longer patronize that location.

These are some rude axx black women. I hate to say this about my own race. I asked one simple question and pretended she couldn't help me unless I was making a purchase. That was a lie . I went to the currency exchange on 79th and venecene and got excellent service. Do you realize your job is to serve the public. Both of you ladies are very unprofessional and your appearance . The attitude make you look very ugly. Teeth missing I'm wondering if you actually work for that company. Had the nerve to raise your ghetto unprofessional voice. I will NEVER go there again!!! I'm so wondering if the other lady was the manger. Because when they give us a lil authority we can really act a fool .

I came at 5:42 on a Sunday and was told they could not take my payment because she was closing early because she was by herself. They do not close until 6pm. Why even post your hour if the teller can close when they fill like it. I will be calling the owner in the morning. It was Sunday Feb 2nd.

I loooooooooooove this currency exchange! I have been going there for well over 10 years and I’ve NEVER had a bad experience. The ladies that work there are always nice, smiling, professional, and well dressed!!!! Keep up the great work! I recommend this currency exchange to everyone! Eboni El😊
